• For Parents/Guardians: When creating an account, you may be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your email address, password, and your child's first name and age. This information is used to create personalized experiences within the app and is not used to personally identify any user outside of our Service.

• Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the Service, but this does not include personal information about your child beyond the first name and age.

• Device Information: We collect information from and about the devices used to access the Service, such as IP addresses, web browser type, mobile network information.

• Analytics & Attribution (via Appsflyer): We use Appsflyer, a third-party analytics and attribution platform, to help us understand how users discover and engage with Oppi. Appsflyer may collect data such as device identifiers, IP address, app usage events, and install source. This data is anonymized and aggregated, and is used only to improve our marketing efforts and user experience. Appsflyer does not share this data with unaffiliated third parties for their own purposes. We do not use Appsflyer for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking. All data collected is processed in accordance with child-directed privacy requirements (COPPA/GDPR-K).

How We Use Information

• To provide, improve, and develop the Service, including to monitor and analyze usage and trends.

• To personalize the Service experience for you and your child.

• To communicate with you about the Service, including updates, security alerts, and support messages.

• To measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (via Appsflyer).

Sharing of Your Information

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside Middle Milk Studio AB and its group companies (including any parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates) without your consent, except as noted in this Policy.

Parties with whom we may share your information:

• Service Providers: We work with trusted partners such as Appsflyer to process analytics and attribution data on our behalf. These providers are bound by strict data protection obligations and do not use your data for their own independent purposes.

• Legal Requests and Prevention of Harm: We may access, preserve, and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order, or subpoena) if we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so.

• With Swedish National Agency for Education (Skolverket): We may share aggregated and anonymized data regarding children's knowledge levels. This data is strictly limited to information about knowledge levels and does not include names, ages, or any other personal identifiers. This aggregated data cannot be used to identify an individual child or user.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting access to your account.

However, Middle Milk Studio AB cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to Oppi or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, we do not collect or maintain information from those we actually know are under 13, other than the child's first name and age, which is provided by the parent or guardian.
